Inactive Players

If a player fails to log in for three turns, his homeworld will start autobuilding. This serves two purposes:
  • If he didn't intend to drop out, this might help him survive until he gets back.
  • If he never comes back, this makes his homeworld a harder target, rather than a pushover for the first one to arrive with a small fleet.

Nobody worlds in the player's cluster will also start autobuilding, which also reduces the advantage that neighboring empires might get from an inactive player.
