World Notes
The World Notes feature lets you add a personal note to each World Information Page in order to better manage your empire and play your conquests. Nobody else can read your World Notes.
The World Notes section is at the bottom of the World Information Page.
To view all your World Notes, click the "pencil and paper" icon in the top bar.
